10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING The object was described as a rounded, metallic object of 25–30 ft in diameter or metallic color with luminous glowing ring around the object observed by one witness. No ball sound or other features were observed.
11. COMMENTS Witness is a mature 5 year old daughter of supervisor, did not get out of car. SRIGA in position of object, however the unusual radioactivity reported for a 5 minute observation tend to exclude an extraterrestrial cause by virtue of the location. While not eliminating the possibility that this was an extraterrestrial object, it could be explained as mundane and would not be classified as UFO.
