10. CONCLUSION Satellite (WKO I & II) WKO I and an WKO I & II, WKO I passed over Windsor N.Y., on 26 Jul, at 83 and 105. WKO II passed over city of Windsor on the same date at 95.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object appeared brighter than any star visible. Object noticed at Zenith. It moved to the North. Build pause at varied intervals and then accelerated at rather high speed and disappeared over the horizon. Observer noticed similar object the following night on the same course.
