CONCLUSION: INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR EVALUATION
BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observation of object at night disappearing over the horizon, no color, crescent-shaped, faster than anything seen before by observer, faster than satellites at altitude and above 100,000 ft., radial observation at 30 deg elevation.
COMMENTS: Data concerning speed of satellites inconsistent with reported duration; 10 minutes is more than the normal for a satellite observation when it is initial observation in 30 deg elevation; also direction reported inconsistent with information; LORI II passed at 2250 too early; LORI I passed at 2255 too early; Possible error in time or report; Possible confusion, possible n/a; Data inconsistent and insufficient for evaluation
