The film was analyzed by the U.S. Army Photographic Range Instrument Laboratory and evaluated objects as weather observation balloon with its 2 instrument package.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS The observers description of the objects was like "a silver ice cream cone" accompanied by 2 ivory objects. The observer took 28 frames of pictures with a homemade telephot lens attached.
