10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Observer looking South. Obj had vertical descent. Tracked through 150 deg (?). Initial observation at 30 deg above. Lost sight of obj at haze level. Daylight observation. Size about ½ size of 707 fuselage. NOT a point of light. Large enough to be round rectangular shape. No evidence of fire or smoke trail. Not picked up on local radar.

11. COMMENTS Observed falling obj without fire or trail during daylight hours. Obj disappeared into or view blocked by haze layer. Degrees (?), not included (?). An omission of smoke or haze color not stated. Sighting too brief for good identification by pilot. Case regarded as insufficient data.
