10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Initial impression was of a giant a/c heading toward building for cras: Three lights in horizontal row Circular, low because of fog lights were not moving as was the initial impression but were stationary Moved off at right angles Greenish glow.

11. COMMENTS Description of sighting omitted the duration and mention of changes in speed and intensity of the lights However fog was present at a low level Description of sighting consistent with eventual reflection or searchlight activity from known fog tank.
