10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Light brighter than stars. Changed color. Looked like star. Disappeared and reappeared heading SE, very high, bright star, zig-zag and circling in flight.
11. COMMENTS Report phoned in to Command Post (USAF) which in turn contacted FTD, ECHO II heading NE at 0230 EST (one hour from sighting). Balloon not ruled out as reported. If error in time and direction then ECHO II possible cause. If reported then a/c likely cause of report. Balloon cannot be ruled out due to insufficient information. Time motion and sequence and DURATION omitted.
