10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Four moving lights observed in Eastern sky. Motion from South to North. Elevation 15-30. Reddish orange glow and were somewhat like Roman candles. Not very large, motion irregular. Leading light turned East when it reached North. Two of the rear lights almost converged. Leading light visible for 3-4 minutes. No noise. Three witnesses.
11. COMMENTS Possibly a/c sightings with distortion to unusual atmospheric conditions. No sound would be audible due to distance of obj from observers. No data presented to indicate that the sighting could NOT be attributed to a/c.
