10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Witness called Lockbourne AFB to report ufo. Would not give name. Flight reported as straight at all times. Obj believed to be 3,000-4,000 ft alt. No ground was contacted by obj. Flight speed was slower than blimp. Additional rpts of lights over house that looked like two headlight car with other lights close behind that looked like windows. This obj cruising around town for 15-20 mins. At least 150-15 people playing BINGO saw this obj.
II. COMMENTS: Some second rpt from witness that would not give name. Not phoned in to PTD from Lockbourne rather than being submitted in accord with 200-2. No data presented to indicate that the obj viewed by the BINGO players could NOT have been caused by a/c. Initial obj could have been caused by Satelite or a/c A/C most likely cause of these rpts Witness noted that it NOT have been light as expected of an a/c indicating that a/c might have been cause.
