10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING White light observed overhead in flight to NE disappearing over the horizon in the NE. FID Form 104 requested for additional information from witnesses.

11. COMMENTS Completed forms not returned. Obj description and motion corresponds to satellite observation with slight overestimation on duration. Motion and appearance consistent with this analysis. ECHO schedules reveal that ECHO I passes over Colo at 1933 pm, about 40 minutes AFTER the sighting. Since forms were not returned the case is carried Insufficient Data.
