10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Obj described as a steadily glowing light. Light clouds gave appearance of being fuzzy. At 45 deg elevation in NW.

11. COMMENTS Capella at 25 deg elevation in NW. VENUS at 25 deg elevation 280 deg az. Brightness indicates Venus. Direction more consistent with Capella. ERROR in azimuth more likely. Obj probably is VENUS.
