10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Object described as three revolving beacons. Object had formation of three and two single objects. Located at 55 deg elevation. Stationary disappearing in fog. A/C in area could observe nothing. Direction of object 270 degrees. No unidentified tracks on radar. Scanners on a/c could pick up no returns.
