11. COMMENTS: Round white object observed at 310 deg azimuth and 45 deg elevation. Object disappeared for short period of time, then slowly rose. Reported astronomical sighting. Disappearance attributed to atmospheric conditions. Bright white area of light flashing out. Appeared larger than Vc., Obj., descending. Observed through TX. Visibility: 5 cloud coverage. Cirrus ceiling.
