10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Large bright green object arching in NE direction. Green changing to orange and then to violet. No visible propulsion, possibly due to overcast. (10-12,000). Intense light lit up cockpit and attracted attention of observers looking in different direction from object. Multiple observation.

11. COMMENTS Description strongly indicates decay. No decay for 22 Feb, 68 decayed on 21 Feb (Obj #75).
