10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Round object observed from center of Culver City, Los Angeles. Observation at 1220 Local during bright day. Object hovered turning in sharp circles and flew off in SE direction. Normal air traffic in area.

11. COMMENTS No corroborating witness to anything unusual from observer in middle of densely populated area. Duration not reported. Possibly a balloon of circles except for SE flight. Based on the general information indicates that this was most likely an n/o sighting. Object sighted on 13 Feb, reported on 20 Feb and received on the afternoon of 20 Feb. No attempt at a follow-up for specific data since nothing unusual was indicated.
