10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Round red-orange object with tail half as long as body, no sound. Observed at 15 deg elev heading to West. Paded after 10 min flight.
11. COMMENTS Initial observation at beginning of Astro twilight. Object assumed stationary. Jupiter on Horizon at 270 deg setting at time of report.
