10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Blue object (one side red, one side green) or objects observed as one big one with 6 or 7 small ones around it all. Looked like afterburner projecting downward, loud roar lasting 2-3 seconds (3 times) Low altitude, then climbed and drifted slowly. Object still in sight after 2 hours Motion up and down.
11. COMMENTS Duration indicates astronomical object with motion (if confined to small area) attributed to possible inversion or atmospheric conditions. Balloon unlikely due to long duration however, this is still a possibility. Positional data not included. If Astro, then sighting should be included for evaluation.
