11. COMMENTS Check with SPADATS revealed that there was no decays for this period. Case evaluated as a meteor sighting.

TO: BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Witness observed either a rocket or meteor fall from the sky. Appeared South of a vertical line from Earth to Jupiter. Brilliant white light, or 5 times larger than Jupiter. Object burst just above horizon into shower of red embers and went out.
