10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: Car object described as long in flight to SE. Second object resembling balloon in description moved in erratic manner. Until the long object came into view, then round object made inter- nal which long object at terrific speed. Either attached itself to long object or disappeared. Objects in sight for about ten minutes. No sound. Round object moving against wind.
