BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Object brighter than the majority of the stars appearing in unsteady flight, white, observed in light at 60 deg elevation in the West at 30 deg elevation in the East for a period of about 20 min. Curved slightly to the N. Same object sighted previous night by neighbor and identical object observed two years ago. Second observer indicated color was red.
11. COMMENTS Satellite ECHO I visible to North of Dayton at 30 deg elevation moving NE at 01:25 AM. If reporting time of 20 min was disappearance of object this accounts for the time discrepancy. Case evaluated as ECHO.
