10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Explosion in upper atmosphere which shook buildings. Smoke screen observed. Report from Ord River had 2 witnesses who observed a silver object leaving a trail of smoke which was 10-15 deg elevation 225-235 azimuth. Ball of flame emanated from silver object, orange color. Silver streak 3-4 seconds, flash 2-3 seconds and smoke or vapor trail for me minute.
