10. CONCLUSION INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR EVALUATION. Observer reported sighting March 67. To old to investigate.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was yellow with a row of red lights. Observer was watching fireworks when he observed the object. He observed it for 2 minutes as it moved silently eastward, then suddenly reversed direction as it picked up speed, then returning to its original course once again. Object moved slowly upward and out of sight.
