10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Small moon shaped object about 3' in diameter described as a white glow appeared at a low elevation. Disappeared at about 60 deg elev after moving to the West and splitting into two objects. Winds from West to East.

11. COMMENTS Object apparently moving into the wind. Control tower observers could not spot object, although it was reported as being over the Air Field. No description of the splitting given and essential details of the motion of the object are missing. Insufficient data for evaluation based on this reason.
