10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Object observed through TX to move from 140 deg azimuth to the West over the horizon. Motion steady, About magnitude of Venus. Observed again during November and Dec.

11. COMMENTS Too fast for Star/Planet if duration and positional data correct. Wrong way for upper air balloon. Two Comets visible during this period of the year but magnitude estimated to be < -6. Closest celestial object is Saturn at 2h40,59.. Report from UNIDENTIFIED.
