11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS 8 - 10 lights moving at random fromed into a circle and then flew away. Brighter than stars. Darting in all directions for 30 seconds, flying in a circle for 30 seconds, then disappeared to North in a few seconds. Report made two years after sighting.
