Comments: Previous report from same witness was evaluated as unidentified. Additional data was requested but none supplied. Sighting was probably a/c; however such items as duration, flight data, etc., includes the length of time the objects are apparently stationary, etc., has been omitted and there is insufficient information to form an analysis.
