10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Sighting of object through trees. Appeared to be standing still and then moving off at great speed. Also observed lights (all lights) by additional witness as object flew over highway to the west.

11. COMMENTS Case investigated by Dr. Hynek and L/Col Friend. From information given by witnesses, the object was probably low level SAC mission. Check with R BS revealed that SAC was flying low level (2,000 ft) missions on RBS site near Lexington on night of the 8th. This target was in constant use throughout the period of the report. Witness notified of evaluation.
