10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Letter giving information that UFO's have been observed many times for the last five years. Usually occur in the evening and appear to the north or NW. Speeds move in thousands of 10's of thousands of mph & hover. Reverse course, go below the horizon and reappear in another part of the sky. Always seem to follow same pattern in the North and NW part of sky.
11. COMMENTS Probably astronomical objects. Data not conclusive. Case listed as an unreliable report.
