10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Pink object in sky observed to the south of Baltimore by cab driver in early morning. Object moved erratically from east to west and expanded until it covered 1/5 of distance between horizons in east and west. Object small but later expanded retaining shape. All pink color. Sighting duration 15 minutes.

COMMENTS Sighting in November, Rpt in letter to NASA, Forwarded to AF on 4 April 1963, Pink color attributed to early sun on cloud at altitude Description conforms with previous shots of experimental high altitude Sodium/chemical shots from Wallops Island, Duration consistent with dissipation by winds Expansion & description conform with this analysis.
