IX. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Observation at dusk of light green object, circular shape, no tail or exhaust. Object disappeared and reappeared throughout observation. Initial sighting at 20 degrees elevation. Apparent descent in curve of increasing steepness. WX conditions defined as low scattered, some high CIRRUS and cumulus in background.
