11. COMMENTS Sounds like a/c with advertising lights. No confirmation of plane of this type in area. Case considered as UNIDENTIFIED.
Confirmed Advertising A/C on 11 Sept 1965. Notification received from JAH A/C schedule shows operation in Chicago area for this date.
