10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: Object seen at 50,000ft (North of Jackson) hovering, Descending to 40, 000ft & hovered for 5 minutes 23 seconds. Then it moved to South & came down to 30,000ft stopped & remained there for 6 minutes Descended to 15,000 & hovered for 10 minutes 39 seconds. Cloud now passed in front of object moved & it then rose straight up & joined two other objects & went out of sight.
11. COMMENTS: No time of sighting reported. Object high in North descending in uneven motion & then rising. Only elevations given as altitude & not in degrees. Cannot position object on information in letter. Case insufficient data.
