10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Cylindrical object about 60 feet in diameter and 100 feet long. Fluorescent bluish green color observed tumbling end over end. Object hit up underbelly area of car Initial observation at 60 dgrs elevation 300 dgr azimuth falling to zero elevation 120 azimuth. Appeared like a/c fuselage on fire. Sighting estimated at 10-15 seconds. No radar contact in local area.
