10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Solid obj dimmer than the brightest stars observed through BX for 20-30 minutes. Disappeared behind trees. Obj was silver & seemed to be two obj rotating around each other. Bar shaped. Length of four stars. Had bulge in middle. Observed in West and obj disappeared in SW after up & down radical descent. Speed three or four times as fast as a jet.
11. COMMENTS Insufficient data for analysis. Much conflicting information in rpts Obj in sight for 20-30 mins & speed indicated at 3-4 times that of jet. Flight was uneven & abrupt up & down. Obj dimmer than stars yet much detail given. Observation has some characteristics of balloon sighting, except for the up & down deviations in flight.
