10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Letter requesting information regarding sightings supposedly in Seattle newspaper. No record of UFO reports for this date. Only information was that object was a light object; Subsequent investigations by civilian that several calls to Air Force activities had been received on this date in the vicinity of Bremerton, Believed to be a shooting star at time of sighting & no rpt of UFO sent in since obj not considered as unidentified object.
11. COMMENTS Believed to be a shooting star by military & Civil Air Patrol pilots in vicinity at time, Case evaluated as meteor sighting on basis of these observations.
