BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Witness sighted subject moving very fast toward him at position as described above, object was white with generally round, colored blue or blue-white and were much brighter than star back ground. Object moved generally toward horizon and other objects moving in constellation Lyra during the course. Object appeared to plateau or change brightness and had angular velocities less than jet type; object ceased sound of some sort.
11. COMMENTS [HW:] Witness reported by witnesses were [STAMP:] Lyra, A., None no evidence whatsoever to support conclusion this observation be positive; however, sound heard by witness described flight path and angular velocities reported by witness this to substantiate conclusion There is no evidence available which indicates obje are a threat to national security.
