10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Obj observed fm car while moving West. Observed thru binoculars. Brilliant white, occasionally red & green. Initial observation at 10 deg slx 90 deg azimuth, Obj distance at 10 deg slx 100 deg azimuth.

11. COMMENTS Obj had characteristics of astronomical body; however, fa report obj was moving the wrong way & descending. Follow up indicated that the witness has verified the obj and its position. Observer was at 10 deg slx 100 deg azimuth but was moving to the SE & rising. Evaluated as planet Jupiter.
