10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Two obj's shaped like a huge yo-yo of sufficient size to carry 49-50 passengers observed at night. Observed individually & not together. Obj's had light that flashed with the frequency of a Grimes light only much brighter. Flashing discharges in a direction opposite to that of flight, sound similar to engine driven a/c. Estimated at 1,000ft alt. Obj's circled and at one time appeared to hover for 20-30 seconds.

11. COMMENTS Observer located 4 miles South of Lockheed air terminal. Nothing in description of observation in conflict with analysis of a/c except that sounds rptd as propeller driven a/c and flame indicates jet. Flashing of Grimes light can appear brighter than expected under certain atmospheric conditions due to refraction or given due to turn of a/c as it or turned away fm obsrv. Casesa/c
