Witness stated she first thought objt to be satellite Echo. Witness observed objt zenith from a prone position. Course of objt was generally to S.
11. COMMENTS[STAMP:] positive conclusion can be reached in this case due to lack of substantial data and fact that exact positions of all a/c in area cannot be determined for specific times. However there was a flight in area at time of sighting and light of a/c was probable cause for sighting Unusual perspective caused by observer being on ground result from prone position is probably a contributing factor There is no evidence available which indicates objt was not an a/c.
