10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Object(s) observed 4 different times during a 15 min period. Gave appearance of rotation. Motion circular. Disappearance very rapid. Appeared as solid. Moved both in front of clouds & behind them. Erratic motion. Observed also w/binoculars. Hissing sound accompanied by oil, Daniel's, portholes, lights like of light reflection, etc. In NW at appearance & disappearance/ing on active imagination on part of Squier w/dons & motors.
11. COMMENTS Observer did not call anyone to witness this strange phenomena. It appeared 4 times in a 35 min period. No additional witness were summoned. Only observers reporting obj in city of several million people. Strong possible sighting indicated by amount and fuzzy obj.
