10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Observer rptd flashing obj descending into valley to local police. Police were unconcerned. Observer was driving at night & observed bright red obj w/ long white even tail. No noise. Tail was untapered.
11. COMMENTS Obj has characteristics of a meteor. Although no duration was given there is nothing to indicate that this analysis is not valid.
