10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Obj rpd in sight for 25 mins. Color given as red, white, & blue, size lagger than 1st mag star. Initial observation at 250 deg azimuth 49 deg elev w/disappearance at 250 dog azimuth 4 dog elev. Observed thru 20X glass. WX given as ceiling 2,000 vis 10, 6/10 cloud cover.

II. COMMENTS In sight too long for satellite. Also excessive for a/c. No mention of manner of flight, change in directions speeds etc. Insufficient data for a valid analysis.
