10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Observer with poor eyesight viewed round objects whitish color for 5-6 min periods over 1st half of May. Eyes would tire after observing these objts. Viewed singly. Looked like balloons, Flight path was slow and random, Disappeared behind mountains No az or elev given.
11. COMMENTS[ILLEGIBLE] balloons released from airport in vicinity with a prevailing wind would carry balloons over same area Observer considered objts balloons No reason to change his evaluation.
