10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Object believed to be Satellite moving E. Brightness of 1st mag star. Observation by antarctic support forces.

11. COMMENTS At 0525Z on 5 March Echo was at 80° S, heading toward the pole at latitude of 173° 27N. This is in the general area of the sighting. Although no duration was given (or speed), object was assumed orbital by the witness. Case listed as probable sighting of Echo I.
