10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Large bright explosion of small object observed for a few sec. Observed from a MATS plane about 30 mi in front of the a/c on a course NE-SW. Object without tail. Observers at 6000 ft. Object appeared to be about 7000.

11. COMMENTS Sighting has characteristics of a meteor observation.
