BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Objects described as round, Size of 1/2 Solar, white in color and very bright were observed by witness in Monroe, La., Shaped like an arrow, Motion attributed to objects by witness was wobbling, Streams of light was reported to have come from objects, This object was first observed in S and appeared to disappear without changing its relative direction.

11. COMMENTS Beta Centaurus and Beta Crucis magnitudes 0.9 and 15., The characteristics are similar to those of stars distorted by atmospheric refraction., Bright stars Beta Centaurus and Beta Crucis are on horizon due S of observer at time of this sighting., It is concluded that these stars distorted by atmospheric refraction is the cause d of this sighting.
