10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING [HW: Greenish-yellow object in flat trajectory with slight 'V' in path. Estimated distance at 3-5 miles and altitude at 2000 ft. Disintegrated at end of flight, 2-3 sec. [HW: Orangeish object observed in straight flight path, observed at c° elevation disintegrating at 65° elevation, had short tail.]
11. COMMENTS Two reports of object with characteristics of balloon: color, tail, flight path, disintegration and duration confirm to observation of meteor quadrants meteor shower occurs from 1-4 Jan with maximum on 3 Jan This is a strong morning shower.
