X. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Bright UFO, Course 140°, speed unknown, extremely high, appeared to hesitate overhead on erratic course, lost I'm sight at 35° elev.

XI. COMMENTS Echo crossed the Equator at 75° longitude 12 min after sighting heading SE and would have been visible. The erratic course and hesitating is attributed to tumbling of Echo and atmospheric conditions case Evaluated a Echo I.
