BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Planet Venus was in a reported for UFO on [REDACTED] and at time of sighting was just rising and the effects of atmospheric identification and apparent radial motion of planet rose at 05:18 and sun did not come up until 06:28; obj went over horizon and out of sight are, brightening of sky with approach of sunrise, weather conditions and loss of the effects associated with atmospheric refraction. Past that planet was rising later each morning and possible overcast is why this particular experience came to an end. There is no evidence which would indicate that this obj was not planet Venus viewed under rather unusual circumstances.
