10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Shooting star bursting out, looking up in N.Y. Flat trajectory, Object moving fm N to S at 30° elev. Size, distance, unknown. Like 4th of July rocket. Initially looked like star but moved fast and then sparks formed tail. Light blue color.
